I have carried a camera through a monsoon Baraat in Dar es Salaam, run barefoot across the sand at Breezes Beach to catch a sunset kiss, and stood perfectly still in the dark of a Nikah so the only sound on the recording was the vow.
I would do almost anything for the shot. But a wedding film is more than the shot.
Over twenty years and more than two thousand five hundred weddings, I have learned that the moments couples treasure most are the ones they never saw — a mother's hand pressed to her mouth, a grandfather quietly wiping his eyes. My work is to be there for those, and invisible while I do it.

Couples typically invest from a bespoke package tailored to their celebration. A 30% deposit secures your date; travel within Dar es Salaam is included.
I trained in narrative film before I ever filmed a wedding, and that discipline shapes everything we deliver. Nothing is left to the automatic settings. Every frame is exposed for intention, every sequence built like a scene.
Back at the studio each film is colour-graded by hand for warmth and depth, sound-designed so the music and the moment breathe together, and reviewed frame by frame over four to six weeks. It is the same craft whether your celebration fills the Almasi Ballroom at Johari Rotana or unfolds quietly on the shore at Coral Beach.
Our calendar fills quickly, especially for peak-season wedding dates in Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar and Arusha. Most couples reserve six to twelve months ahead to secure their preferred date. Because we accept a limited number of weddings each year to protect the quality of every cinematic wedding film, we recommend enquiring as soon as your date is set.
You will receive a sneak-peek trailer within days of your wedding to share with family and guests. Your full highlight reel and feature film are colour-graded, sound-designed and delivered within four to six weeks via a private online gallery and USB drive.

Over twenty years we have filmed Swahili Send-offs and Kitchen Parties, Christian ceremonies, and multi-day Indian, Gujarati and Ismaili celebrations including Mehndi, Sangeet, Pithi, Garba, Nikah, Ghor and Baraat. We know when to move in close and when to step back, without you having to explain a thing.
Yes. We are permanently based in Dar es Salaam, with travel within the city included in every package. We regularly film across Zanzibar and Arusha, and welcome destination weddings throughout East Africa. Travel outside Dar es Salaam is quoted separately.
We shoot on cinema-grade camera bodies and prime lenses, record vows and speeches in broadcast-quality wireless audio, and fly licensed drones for aerial sequences. Every film is graded and edited on calibrated systems in our own studio.
A 30% deposit secures your date, with the balance due 14 days before your celebration. Every package is fully customisable to the scale and traditions of your wedding.
