We recommend booking your engagement shoot at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for planning. For peak wedding seasons or destination shoots in Zanzibar or Serengeti, we suggest booking 2-3 months ahead. However, we also accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
We recommend bringing 2-3 outfit changes - one formal, one casual, and one in traditional attire if desired. Coordinate colors with your partner (avoid matching exactly) and bring accessories that reflect your personality. We provide styling guidance during your pre-shoot consultation to ensure you look your absolute best.
Depending on your package, engagement shoots can range from 2 hours (Silver Package) to full-day experiences (Diamond Package). Most shoots include travel time between locations, outfit changes, and breaks. We'll create a detailed timeline during your consultation to maximize your time and capture the best moments.
Our standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks for edited photos, with priority processing available for our Royal and Diamond packages (as fast as 7 days). You'll receive a sneak peek of 10-15 images within 48-72 hours of your shoot for social media sharing. All images are delivered via private online gallery with high-resolution downloads.
Absolutely! Our Royal and Diamond packages include multiple locations. We can combine beach, urban, and natural settings to create a diverse portfolio. For destination shoots combining Zanzibar beaches with other locations, we offer special multi-day packages to capture the full range of Tanzania's stunning landscapes.
Yes! We partner with professional hair and makeup artists who specialize in engagement photography styling. This service can be added to any package for an additional fee. Our team will arrange everything during your consultation, ensuring you look camera-ready throughout your shoot with touch-up services included.
We understand plans can change. Full refunds are available for cancellations made 14+ days before the shoot. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund, and within 7 days receive a 25% refund. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 6 months. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
